IH2010 Delegates: Recommendations for Interhash bidders

As decided at the July 2 delegates meeting in Kuching, the next steps are for those on the 'Delegates email list' to discuss the below recommendtions, refine and agree on a final version (deadline to be estblished) and provide these recommendtions to all interested Hashers and directly to all Interhash bid committees.

• Interhash bidders should prepare a 1 page outline of their business plan and provide it to the next Interhash magazine editor for includion in the magazine given to every attending Interhasher. It is also recommended that every bidder present this plan on their Interhash bid website
• Details of location, date, venue, running areas, planned program, goodie bag, accommodation availability, transportation arrangements etc.
• Information about the Hashers and Hash Chapters who are committing to hosting the Interhash
• Information on registration costs for the basic Interhash comprising welcoming party with hash runs on the following 2 days including registration fee structure.
• Information on additional activities including Charity Run, pre and post ambles
• Commitment to audited financial reort within six months of the Interhash conclusion with details of plans for distribution of surplus funds
